COOKIES AND COOKIE POLICY

What is a cookie?

We use cookies for this webshop. Cookies are small files your browser stores on the hard disk of your computer when you visit this website and/or Flash applications. The information stored can be sent back to our servers on your next visit. These cookies do not harm your computer.

My.coulisse.com uses the following cookies:

First party cookies:

  • Google Analytics (analytical cookies)
  • Functional and technical cookies (strictly necessary and session cookies)

At the moment My.coulisse.com does not use third-party cookies.

1.         First Party Cookies

1.1       Google Analytics (analytical cookies)

Through our website, a cookie is placed from American company Google as part of their “Analytics” service. We use this service to record and analyze how our visitors use our website. Google can provide this information to third parties if it is required by law to do so, or if third parties process this information on Google’s behalf. We cannot control that. We have not given Google permission to use the Analytics information for other Google services.

The information Google collects will be anonymous as far as possible. Your IP address will expressly not be included. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. Google states to comply with the Safe Harbor principles and is a member of the Safe Harbor program of the U.S. Department of Commerce. This means that there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

1.2       Functional and technical cookies (strictly necessary cookies)

Technical cookies are essential for the my.coulisse.com website to function well. Functional cookies remember your preferences. For my.coulisse.com this concerns ASP.NET_SessionId and LastViewedProducts for not logged-in sessions.
Note: these cookies are used to ensure proper functionality of the website and guarantees enhanced user-friendliness.

1.2.1    Use of session cookies

Two of the cookies my.coulisse.com uses are session cookies. This allows us to tailor our service to the surfing behavior of our visitors as far as possible and they improve the user experience of the website during the session. Think, for example, of staying logged-in during a session etc. One of these session cookies allows ASP.NET (the technology behind the site) to group page views in a session. It is functional in the sense that it provides information for the webserver that a page view is part of previous page views, so the contents can be modified accordingly. The second cookie saves the previously visited products. It is functional, because ASP.Net uses it to show the products viewed before on the page views that follow. These cookies are automatically deleted when you close your web browser.

2.         Enabling – disabling and deleting cookies

Do you want to enable or disable cookies, or change your settings? Please use the settings of your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Mozilla or Chrome) to do so. More information about enabling/disabling and deleting cookies can be found in the instructions and/or by using the ‘Help’ menu of your browser – this may vary for browser type and version. You can also opt to enable the 'do not track' functionality of your particular browser.

You can use the settings of your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Mozilla or Chrome) to indicate if, and if so, which cookies you accept. Please use the ‘Help’ menu of your browser to find the settings for your particular browser and information on how to change them.
