How can I return products?
You should always check your delivery for correctness, completeness and/or damaged items. Should any product differ from your order, then please contact your Coulisse representative. We will deal with your complain and inform you of any procedures for potential returns.
Where can I find my credits?
In order to view your credits, you must be logged in on the portal. Then go to "My account" on the top right. Within your account you can find invoices under "My orders – invoices - credits". Select the preferred option under "Type" and confirm with Search.
