How will my order be delivered?
Depending on the article and quantity of your order, Coulisse will automatically select the optimal delivery method. Should you desire an alternative delivery, you can indicate this using the "comments" field under step 3 in the order process.
What are the total delivery costs?
Currently, delivery costs are not shown on the portal. These costs will be stated on the order confirmation sent by Coulisse and depend on the agreements made. Delivery costs depend on the actual weight and length of the products ordered.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If all ordered products are in stock and ordered before 14:00 CET, Coulisse will ship the order on the same working day. This only applies to UPS shipments.
Can I receive a tracking number?
After you have placed an order, Coulisse will send you an email with an order confirmation. The order is then forwarded to our warehouse, where it is prepared for shipment. Once your order has been transferred to our dispatcher, a tracking number will be created. An email with the packing slip and tracking number will be sent to the email address known to Coulisse. If you do not receive this mail, or the mail is sent to an incorrect email address, please contact our Customer Service Department.
HOW DO I REQUEST A PACKING SLIP?
It is currently not possible to retrieve a packing slip through the portal. Would you like to request a specific packing slip? Please contact the customer service department.
HOW CAN I SEE WHEN A BACKORDER WILL BE DELIVERED?
