How will my order be delivered?
Depending on the article and quantity of your order, Coulisse will automatically select the optimal delivery method. Should you desire an alternative delivery, you can indicate this using the "comments" field under step 3 in the order process.
What are the total delivery costs?
The delivery costs for your order are indicated in the last page when completing your order. Caution: these are estimated costs. The exact amount depends on the actual weight and length of the products ordered. In addition, the delivery costs may or may not be charged to you depending on your shipping conditions. The actual costs are listed on your invoice.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Can I receive a tracking number?
After your order is placed you will receive an e-mail from Coulisse with an order confirmation. The order will then be passed to our warehouse and prepared for shipment. As soon as your order is given to UPS, a tracking number will be created. If required, you can request your tracking number from Coulisse. Customers are not notified of tracking numbers as standard. You can use the tracking number to follow your order.
